According to the mechanism of microbial fermentation material into fertilizer and process requirements, this equipment can effectively mix viscous materials with microbial agents and straw powder. Creates a better aerobic environment for material fermentation. Under such loose material properties, the materials can deodorize in 7-12 hours, heat up in one day, start to be dry in three days, and become fertilizer in five to seven days. This is not only much faster than deep tank fermentation, but also effectively prevents hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen sulfide during the fermentation process. The production of harmful and odorous gases such as amine gas and indole meets environmental protection requirements and can produce good bio-organic fertilizers.
The machine adopts a four-wheel walking design, which can be driven forward, backward, and turned by one person.
